At DAYO InvestValue, we genuinely care about your experience. We built this platform to help investors make better, more informed decisions — and we want you to feel confident every step of the way, including when it comes to payments.
This Refund Policy is written in plain language so you know exactly what to expect. If you ever feel that DAYO InvestValue wasn’t the right fit, we’re here to make things right — within the terms described below.
If you are not satisfied with your first purchase of a DAYO InvestValue Premium plan, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the original purchase date — no questions asked.
If your Premium plan is set to renew automatically, please be aware of the following:
The 7-day refund window described above applies only to the initial purchase of a subscription. If you decide DAYO InvestValue isn’t right for you within that window, you can request a full refund and we will cancel your subscription at the same time.
Renewal payments are generally non-refundable. To avoid being charged for a renewal you do not want, please cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the next billing date. You can manage your subscription from your account settings or by contacting us directly.
Cancelling your subscription stops future charges. You will retain access to Premium features until the end of your current billing period. Cancellation alone does not trigger a refund.
Requesting a refund is straightforward. Send an email to dayonet.tech@gmail.com with the following information:
We aim to review all refund requests within 1–2 business days. You will receive a reply confirming whether your request has been approved or, if not, why it does not qualify under this policy.
Once a refund is approved, we will process it promptly. Approved refunds are typically reflected within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. In some cases it may take slightly longer — this is outside our control.
Refunds are always issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. We are unable to redirect refunds to a different card, account, or payment method.
Refunds are processed in the same currency as the original transaction. If exchange rates have changed since your purchase, the refunded amount in your local currency may differ slightly.
We trust our users, and the vast majority of refund requests are genuine. However, we reserve the right to decline a refund request if we detect evidence of abuse, misuse of the platform, repeated refund requests across accounts, or violations of our Terms of Use. In such cases, we will explain our decision in our reply.
